Before you book
- Is the assessment live, or a recorded video?
- Live. Your child joins a real brainflex session on Zoom with a teacher in real time — we never run recorded lessons.
- How many children are in the session?
- Classes are capped at five students, and only go to seven when a make-up student joins. Your child is spoken to by name.
- What happens after the assessment?
- You get a written summary of the specific gaps we found and what we'd teach first. Our Education Consultant follows up to talk through options — there's no obligation to continue.
- What if we need to change the session date?
- Let us know in advance on WhatsApp and we'll move you to another slot. Full rescheduling and cancellation terms are on our Terms of Service page.
- Do I have to sign up for a term?
- No. Weekly classes are billed monthly at S$179 (launch rate, U.P. S$240), prorated for a partial first month. There is no term-lock contract.
